Monday night’s Britain’s Got Talent semi-final

Semi-finals ... Britain's Got Talent
Published: Today at 01:00

NINE more acts will take to the stage tonight in Britain’s Got Talent’s second live semi-final.

And all of them will be fighting for a spot in the final of the hit ITV1 show on Saturday.

But in a new twist announced by BGT bosses last night, there will be 11 finalists this year — with one “wild card” act being given a second chance.

Judges Simon Cowell, Amanda Holden, Alesha Dixon and David Walliams will select one act who just missed out to join the other ten finalists. Here we round-up tonight’s contestants...

Jonathan & Charlotte

Opera ... Jonathan Antonie and Charlotte Jaconelli

ESSEX singing duo Jonathan Antoine, 16, and Charlotte Jaconelli, 17, got a standing ovation before they had even finished performing during their incredible audition.

Paige Turley

THE West Lothian teen’s stunning version of Bon Iver’s Skinny Love wowed everyone. Paige, 14, says her singing reduces her grandad to tears.

The Showbears

JUDGE David Walliams enjoyed the all-singing all-dancing group so much he joined in with the five Manchester men.

Michael Fish

SIMON Cowell has been banging on about talented percussionist Michael, 24, who was given his first drumkit by his nan – to stop him hitting her pots and pans all day.

Kai & Natalia

TEEN ballroom dancers Kai, 16, and Natalia, 15, have won a raft of awards for their routines. They hope to make ballroom dancing trendy.

Graham Blackledge

THE dad-of-three, 42, has made it to the semis – despite Simon Cowell branding his version of La Bamba “hideous”.

Karizma Krew

THE nine-strong Essex street dance troupe, aged from 14 to 38, blend urban dance and theatre.

Together for a year, Karizma Krew say they are inspired by the show’s “Best of British” theme – which probably explains their Union Jack costumes.

BARE-CHESTED stuntmen Cascade, aged 22 to 35, wowed all the judges with their audition.

The Frenchmen specialise in martial arts, acrobatics and flight choreography and have already worked on several films, including From Paris With Love and Taken 2.

They would use the £500,000 BGT prize money to fund their own action film and do a world tour.

Four Corners

THE London dance troupe are 15 lads and one girl – flame-haired Yasmine Crotch – aged 18 to 23.

They stormed the stage with their Rihanna routine during their audition.

If they win BGT they want to set up workshops for young children. - The Sun
