X Factor: 'TOWIE Jedward' steal show this weekend

TWO friends dubbed the “Towie Jedward” steal tonight’s show.

Outrageous Essex girls, Lucy Texeria, 22, and Charley Bird, 23 – who call themselves 2 Shoes – pride themselves on their “orange tans”, love of stilettos and heavy makeup.

The duo arrived late for their first audition after their bubblegum pink Ford Ka was pelted by Coke cans.

Charley said: “My car’s called Pinkie and we woke up really late and got lost, although we still managed to get a McDonald’s breakfast. Then these men were throwing cans at us and we had the roof off.

“Then, when we got to the car park, it was 25 quid to park and we only had a fiver. So we had to park somewhere else and by the time we got to the audition, we were sweating. What a palaver.”

Describing their distinct style, telesales girl Charley said the pair’s tans were “Essex orange”.

Lucy, who works in a perfume store and describes herself as “single ready to mingle”, added: “We see the Towie lot all the time – we love it. We wanna be on it so much and we are also flying the flag for Essex.

“We love Amy Childs but weare probably the only girls in Essex who haven’t got off with Mark Wright.”
