Cowell? Women shouldn't, but would

(UKPA) – 22 hours ago

Simon Cowell has proved he has the X Factor after being voted the celebrity women "shouldn't but would" like to enjoy a night of passion with.

The 50-year-old music mogul, who looks to be finally settling down after finding love with make-up artist Mezhgan Hussainy, received approval from 64 per cent of women in a poll.

Researchers said more than half of those who voted for Simon said they were turned on by his power - although they put US president Barack Obama only in seventh place with 47 per cent of the vote.

Gavin And Stacey star James Corden came in second, with 61 per cent of the 1,264 women questioned finding him desirable.

Top Gear hosts Jeremy Clarkson and Richard Hammond also got the green light, coming in third and fourth place respectively.

Fiery chef Gordon Ramsay was fifth and silver-haired This Morning host Phillip Schofield was sixth. Obama was seventh, Ricky Gervais was in eighth and Alan Rickman was ninth.

Teen singing sensation Justin Bieber came 10th, with a quarter of the women who didn't vote for him saying the 16-year-old was too young.

The research was conducted for UK city deal website http://www.groupola.com/ - www.Groupola.com .

Mark Pearson, managing director of the website, said: "I think the general consensus is that men like Barack Obama and Simon Cowell are attractive to women because they are so powerful, Ricky Gervais and James Corden were more suitable for the women who wanted a laugh."
