Well I love puddings they are fantastic I love all sorts of Puddings except the ones with Coffee in not a fan.
I love all the Crumbles except Rhubarb, and there has to be one with lashings of Custard.

Well I always swore by Delia's chocolate mousse. If I remember right it went like this:

INGREDIENTS:
You can make this for any number of people, the basic measure is 2oz of chocolate and one egg per person. Dark chocolate is best.

METHOD:
1. Melt chocolate
2. Separate egg and beat the yolk into the chocolate
3. Whip the egg white into soft peaks then fold into the chocolate mixture
OPTIONAL STEP: you can add a little liqueur to the mixture if you want. Tia Maria or Cointreau work well
4. Leave to set in fridge

Enjoy :-)
