I was wandering how you poach an Egg WhistleI know I should know but I don't would you be able to share how to poach an egg.

different schools of thought on this, with vinegar or without, stir the water first or leave it still.

Great minds jon I just posted a video too but have deleted it I think Key is stirring the water especially as eggs in supermarket etc  are not new laid ones I found th vinegar makes no difference for me though

I poach eggs similar to the video. I stir the water at the start to mix vinegar through. While the eggs are poaching, I spoon some of the simmering water of the egg and try to keep the white from floating all over the place.
