I didn't see this recipe so I will now try out both, Alex's this weekend and Jon's next weekend. I've still to look out my own. Got a great one for Thai chicken noodle soup. And my chicken curry is marvellous!

i have recommended Alex's recipe to a friend who's doing a menu for his cafe so we shall see...

Although I'd say Johnnyboy's version's is problebly (can't spell) more
