Yes but, I've had dogs in the family all my life, and they have been great, part of the family. this cat has adopted us at the age of about 8 years old, having been mistreated, and is a bit liberal on the old biting front. And I'm not talking affectionate nibble, which he also does.

A swift beating with a twig sorts it.
