She may now be starving after not being able to eat a proper meal for the last couple of days, but Helen Flanagan came back empty handed to her camp mates in I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! again on Tuesday night.

The soap star got her teeth into life in the jungle by attempting to chomp on a camel's toe and an ostrich's anus in her latest stomach-churning challenge.

But she failed to win after a stellar performance from suspended Tory MP Nadine Dorries, who won the 'Rotten Rhymes' challenge.

Scroll down for video...

Losing streak: Helen Flanagan fails her latest bushtucker trial after failing to eat a camel's toe against suspended Tory MP Nadine Dorries

In Rotten Rhymes the ladies were asked to try several unappetising delicacies such as ostrich anus, with Nadine going back to her camp triumphant with four meals in the bag

Bonding: Ashley gave Nadine a hand by offering to pour water on her hair

Bikini wars: Nadine looked relaxed as she paddled through the water while Helen continued to shower

The politician was retching at one stage as she tried to swallow a rotten egg after viewers made her face a second bushtucker trial.

But Dorries, who caused a furore last week when it emerged she headed to the Australian jungle during parliamentary time, managed to win her challenge - and food for her camp - by eating more nasties than rival Helen Flanagan.

Afterwards Dorries admitted on the ITV1 show: 'I feel sick as a dog.'

Grossed out: The former Coronation Street star struggled to eat most of the food items and spat out the camel toe before Nadine managed to digest hers

Face-off: The stars sat opposite each other as nursery rhymes were played while each delicacy was revealed

Pat on the back: Helen was proud of herself after managing to eat fermented egg out of a Humpty Dumpty cup

The 55-year-old MP managed to gobble down four out of five unpleasant snacks, hours after she freaked out during another task which saw her buried beneath thousands of bugs.

First Dorries had to knock back a baked spider before moving on to the camel toe, which she found tough to chew but still completed. She also managed to get through an ostrich's anus and swallowed a lamb's testicle but failed to eat a fermented duck egg.

Coronation Street star Flanagan finished three of the courses, which meant she failed to win meals for her team.

Appetising: Flanagan was left distraught a she was faced with the large camel toe, complaining that 'it's not even cooked'

Facing her fears: Helen dramatically complained to hosts Ant and Dec as each food item came out on the table

Dinner date: Nadine managed to win four meals after successfully eating most of the gross nibbles

Nearly! Nadine struggled to gulp down some of the food but after gagging managed more than Helen

Hungry? Nadine takes another bite as she remains adamant she'll go back to her camp with plenty of food to offer

Had enough: Flanagan was at her wits end as she was faced with ostrich anus during her latest harrowing trial

Afterwards Dorries said: 'I actually feel a bit sick now, but I'm really glad I did it.

'When I sat down and saw that massive spider with hairy legs on the plate I didn't think I was going to be able to do it. The thought went through my head, 'oh, we're not going to eat any tonight', but I thought to myself, 'yeah, you can do this'.'

Explaining the challenge to her fellow campers she said: 'The only one I failed on was this black egg. I tried it, I got it in my mouth and I just vomited it. I had no control over it.'

I am puzzled - why ostrich which is an African and not emu which is Australian, when they are in Australia? Emu and camel can be found in some restaurants here. I have eaten both, cooked though, but not toes (definitely not). Camel rump was chewy and tough. Camels were introduced into Australia about 150 years ago as work animals for expeditions and Afghans camel handlers were brought out too.
