Just watched Andy Murray/Laura Robson, mixed doubles- now thru to the final, so it will be a gold or silver
(also Andy thru to face Federer again!!)
Andy looked as if he was actually enjoying himself out there!!!!!!

Great result for Murray and Robson Big%20smile

This could be double gold for Murray if he's got enough energy left.
He's played alot of tennis in the last week... C'mon Andy!

Great match and the right winners. Shame, but understandable, he just concentrates on singles these days in the grand slams.

I have had this theory Jo, and had it for years: If he ever wins Wimbledon or Olympics, Judy will spontaneously combust with pride. Hope I'm wrong.

Hasn't laura turned into a good little player?

Gold and Silver. A great day for British tennis Big%20smile

The best moment for me was when the little lad in the crowd
reached up to hug Murray after he won gold. Magic!

Toots... when are you off to the Olympics?
Do you know what you're going to see?

And Ben Ainslie won gold too in the sailingDance

We are going to London this evening Jo, straight after tea. My husband's old navy buddy has tickets but it will be a surprise what we actually see. I would have loved to have been at Wimbledon yesterday, and also at Weymouth but to be honest I would settle for just being at the Olympic park. I'm so excited. The only blot on it, will be that we have to leave our dog for a night. It is the first time since our daughter died and she took that very badly. A good friend across the road is having her while we are away. She's 8 (dog not neighbour) and a very large black lab. She never left our daughter, slept outside her bedroom door and got very depressed after her 'best pal' died. She's geting a bit creaky these days, but can go OK once she winds herself up.

Labradors are lovely aren't they Toots... so faithful. My mum and dad have had two.
One when I was young and the other more recently. I'd love to have one of my own.

Hope you have a great time in London and give us a report when you get home Big%20smile
