That early morning rehearsal's going to hurt! Misha B and Sophie Habibis hit Brick Lane for ANOTHER night out on the trot

They've reportedly been hauled over the coals by X Factor bosses for not putting enough effort into their appearance and failing to take the competition seriously enough.

And over the last few nights, it appears the contestants, like rebellious teens, have reacted by hitting the town and dancing their blues away.

Sophie Habibis and Misha B hit the RWD 10th birthday party on Brick Lane for yet another night on the tiles.

Cutting loose: Despite warnings from X Factor bosses that contestants aren't taking the competition seriously enough, Sophie Habibis and Misha B were spotted out on Brick Lane last night

The pair, who are both 19, managed at least to fulfill their style obligations, turning out in smart black and white for the evening.

Sophie- who was spotted napping during rehearsals earlier in the day- donned a casual black and white striped dress, accessorised with a gold necklace and watch.

Mischa- who had been partying at the Hard Rock Cafe and the Mahiki lounge the previous night- looked deceptively well-rested, wearing a cool backless black playsuit, choosing giant gold hoops to complete her look.

No rivalry? The pair looked thick as thieves, even matching their stylish black and white outfits

Got your back: Misha B wore a backless black playsuit for the RWD magazine 10th birthday party at The Brickhouse

The pair looked like they had enjoyed themselves, and left the Brickhouse club arm in arm, the impending Saturday live show clearly far from their minds- as it appears to have been for many contestants this week.

Male contestants Frankie Cocozza, Derry Mensah, Andrew Merry and Charlie Healy were spotted in Mahiki lounge, cutting loose before stopping off at McDonalds to refuel on their way home.

Frankie has been one of the keenest to go out, having also been spotted leaving The Roxy Club accompanied by three female students earlier this week.

Well rested? Sophie, who has said that she wants to be known for her voice rather than her off-stage antics, had been seen having a nap during rehearsals earlier in the day

The pressure is on: 2 million viewers have switched off from the X Factor, so contestants need to up their game

And Craig Colton, Sami Brooks, Janet Devlin, Misha B, and Marcus Collins celebrated at the Hard Rock Cafe before heading on to the Mahiki club on Wednesday night.

The contestants had better hope that going out so much doesn't have a negative impact on their Saturday performance.

It has been made clear in no uncertain terms that standards need to improve, after 2 million viewers switched off, bringing the series audience to a two-year low.

Food for thought: The boys picked up a McDonalds on their way home- stopping to pose with a delighted fan

They blame the poor appearance and lax attitude of contestants for the sudden plunge in viewers as the new judging panel Gary Barlow, Tulisa, Kelly Rowland and Louis Walsh were well received by viewers.

Finalists were told they generally weren't living up to the show's 'brand', had alienated their audience by refusing to talk to fans and spent too much time 'slobbing around in the pyjamas', The Sun reported.

'The acts were told 'If you want to be a star, you've got to start acting like one.' The lack of effort from some contestants has been disgraceful,' a source divulged.

Looking sharp: Tulisa teamed black leather trousers with chunky leopard-print heeled boots for her arrival at Wembley this morning

Ready to put it down: Rhythmix looked far fresher than some of their competitors this morning

An insider added: 'It was pretty fiery talking to from some of the senior production team. the acts were told in no uncertain terms what was expected of them.

'Viewers can't even remember the names of several acts and too many of them seem disinterested.'

Only 9.6 million viewers watched last Saturday's show, while last year the programme was drawing in 12 million people.

Worse for wear? A tired-looking Sophie and Frankie turned up to the Wembley studios to rehearse this morning
