The stranded housemates rescue themselves

The stranded housemates have given up waiting to be rescued and earlier this evening climbed their way to freedom… well opened the door to the garden. The fraught conditions were just too much for our intrepid explorers (Aaron, Faye, Jem and Harry), as they decided that they couldn’t spend the night in the extreme conditions of the task room. But how will this affect the outcome of the shopping budget?

Jay didn’t seem impressed by their exit, exclaiming that they had lost the luxury budget for the House. Jay and Louise were quick to remind the stranded housemates that Anton had ‘grafted’ to get Faye out, with Jay saying he’d climbed the equivalent ofBen Nevis. However, they were adamant that they couldn’t have stayed the whole evening in the room, saying it was too claustrophobic.

As to be expected, Anton wasn’t best pleased that the fruits of his labour won’t be rewarded, telling Aden that Big Brother should punish them. Aden agreed, branding them as ‘selfish’, saying he refuses to speak to them this evening. Voice of reason, Louise, tried to remind them that it hasn’t been confirmed that the housemates have failed the task, but that doesn’t seem to have eased the tensions. How will the housemates cope with a basic budget after spending a week on a diet of frosted flakes and bananas? Stay tuned for the results of the task and the reaction from the housemates as it unfolds.
