Anyone seen the photo of Felicity on the front of January's Good housekeeing?
 
She does look stunning in a silver short sleeved sequinned dress, but she has the face of a 30 year old??  Nothing wrong with that, but after seeing her on Strictly HD,  the opposite is correct, she has a face (albeit still beauitiful) but shows her real age imo.
 
On the flip side, Annie Lennox, on the front of January's Woman and Home, looking equally glamorous, face looking very natural, without it seems any airbrushing on the wrinkles.
 
 
Must admit tho, it's great for passport photo's all this airbrushing isn't itBig%20smile
When in Asia, even my kids freckles were airbrushed out on class photo's, WITHOUT my asking, it seems that what happen every year on caucasian european faces . (i do like freckles on kids)
In the photographer's people were choosing to change their hair colour, and length on their passport pics.
If it's good for the celebs, it's good for us too!!!

it just shows how shallow western society has become though where a persons talent is based on looks in the first part rather than if the person has any talent at all

re Ann Lennox, rather amusing in today's Telegraph where she says:

 'Young stars show too much flesh. It is sad that people fought hard to liberate us and nowadays woman are so sexually explicit. Surely we have evolved further than that.'

This comment is accompanied by a photo of Ann performing in her bra at Wembley 1986 and it's not a bonnie sight!

 Methinks the lady might be a tad envious of the young ones. Certainly hypocritical to say the least.

(imo she looks good now, but she wasn't in just a bra on the cover, LOL)
