STAND-IN X Factor judge Natalie Imbruglia was stunned when two 
squabbling contestants turned on her at an audition and asked: "Who are 
you?"
Former Neighbours star Natalie - who had worldwide chart success 
with Torn in 1997 - was also taunted by the audience with shouts of 
"one-hit wonder".
Natalie was covering for pregnant fellow Aussie Dannii Minogue at 
auditions in Birmingham's NEC when trouble flared.
Two 18-year-old girls came on stage to sing soft rock anthem Don't 
Stop Believin'.
An audience member revealed: "They had only been on for two seconds 
when one got the hump, chucked the microphone in the other's face and 
stormed off.
"She eventually came back and they started to sing. Simon stopped 
them and said one was better than the other, but they were both pretty 
awful. Natalie piped up that they weren't very good and one of them just
 snapped, "Sorry, who are you?"
"Poor Natalie couldn't believe it and Simon told them they had a bad 
attitude.
"As they were going off one started elbowing the other."
An X Factor spokesperson said: "Things got a bit heated. Producers 
quickly stepped in."
Natalie, 35, fell out with the audience when she failed to put 
through a boy of 16 saying he was "too young". There were boos and 
several screams of "one-hit wonder".
