Judges give Pamela Anderson a standing ovation as she's voted off
Dancing With The Stars
By
Emily Sheridan and Donna Mcconnell
Gutsy Pamela Anderson has taken her last dance. The Baywatch
babe was booted off Dancing With The Stars last night in a shock
decision that judges called 'heartbreaking.' Pamela and
partner Damien Whitewood found themselves in the bottom two for the
third time along with U.S. sports presenter Erin Andrews and her partner
in the competition Maksim Chmerkovskiy. ![]() The last dance: The Baywatch babe was booted off Dancing With The Stars last night in a shock decision that judges called 'heartbreaking ![]() Standing ovation: The judges were impressed by
the Baywatch babe's moves "This has been one of the best experiences of my life. That says a lot. I've had a lot of good experiences," Pam said. Pam had been
the lowest scoring competitor in the individual dances on Monday night. She received a standing ovation from the audience and the judges as she learned her fate. She thanked her Australian partner, who was also appearing on the hit U.S. series for the first time. "Damian's amazing," she said. ![]() Amazing experience: Pamela thanked her dance

'I just want to thank him, he taught me so much. I'm sure he's going
to be around a long time.' Before the curtain fell on Pam's ballroom adventure the judges said
they were shocked by who had landed in the bottom two. On U.S. TV show Dancing With The Stars on Monday night, pop star Nicole Scherzinger and Pamela fused the sounds of Gaga to the cha cha cha as they teamed up for a group dance. Joined by their professional partners Derek Hough and Damian Whitwood and American football player Chad Ochocinco and his partner Cheryl Burke, the six performed a sexy Latin routine to Gaga's recent hit Telephone. ![]() Elegant: Pamela won new fans with her elegant
performance on the show
The former Baywatch actress and Pussycat Doll started the dance off by strutting onto the dancefloor wearing PVC mackintoshes. But they soon ripped them off to reveal tiny, sparkly lilac outfits. Standing in a group line-up with their partners and fellow celebrity Ochocinco, Scherzinger looked like she was performing a typical Pussycat Dolls routine as she bodypopped. But once the six dancers split into partners, it was traditional cha cha cha moves as each performed their own segment. ![]() Ouch! Anderson does the splits ![]() Bending over backwards: The female dancers show how flexible they are Starting off was Anderson, who struggled slightly with the fast speed of the Cuban dance, but wowed the audience by doing the splits. Used to performing sexy routines
with the Pussycat Dolls days, Scherzinger put on a sizzling performance
with Hough. Judge Bruno Tonioli praised Anderson for 'keeping up' with professional dancer Burke and Scherzinger. ![]() Shimmy on down: Scherzinger and Anderson pulled off their coats to reveal tiny, sparkly lilac outfits underneath Fellow judge Carrie Ann Inaba praised the group for 'the sexual energy that this team has just soared you beyond. You're gonna be so tough to beat. You're so in tune, you're so grounded, you're so connected.' Team Gaga's competition was Team Madonna, comprising of comedienne Niecy Nash, figure skater Evan Lysacek and sports reporter Erin Andrews, who scored a respectable 24 to their dance to Holiday. But Team Gaga had the edge with 27 and won the 'cha cha challenge'. Earlier in Monday's show, Scherzinger missed out on the top of the leader board after ending up in joint second place with her waltz. Scherzinger and Hough scored 27 for their performance to You Light Up My Life. But she did receive high praise from Inaba: 'You are by far the best dancer we've ever had on this show.' Despite her positive comments, Inaba added she thought the 'connection was a little lacking'. Anderson ended up in the bottom of the board this week after receiving a 24 for her waltz. Tonioli congratulated Anderson for 'always getting the character right' but said she needed to work on her 'top line' more. Top of the leader board this week was Lysacek and his partner Anna Trebunskaya with 30 for their Argentine Tango.
