BEYONCE, Megan Fox and Paula Abdul are all shoo-ins to join Simon Cowell on the panel of American X Factor, reckons Amanda Holden.

The blonde, who is a judge alongside Simon on Britain's Got Talent, has revealed who she thinks will make up the team on the new Stateside show.

And she reckons Paula Abdul - who quit American Idol last year - will made a reappearance as a judge.

Amanda said: "My prediction is Simon will bring Paula Abdul out of the toy box and let her play on 'The X Factor' panel.

"As for the other judges, who knows? Beyoncé would be good - and maybe Megan Fox, because she has a crush on the Cowell!

"Simon and three girls would be ace - imagine the sexual tension."

And it seems that the music mogul agrees with Amanda's musings.

Reports suggest that he has already lined Beyonce up to act as a guest judge on the X Factor later this year to cover for Dannii Minogue, who is expected to have her baby in July.

A source told the News Of The World: "Dannii was brilliant on X Factor last year. Simon and everyone else would love to have her back.

"But there are real concerns that she isn't going to be able to combine motherhood for the first time at 38 and the exhausting auditions.

"Simon leaves nothing to chance and is planning for the future already. He wants to bring in Beyoncé. And what Simon wants, Simon gets. Expect Beyoncé on the panel. Nothing has been confirmed yet because the deal hasn't been sealed with ITV but she'll be there in some form."
