Best will out tho in the end!
Don't know who can catch these two cupples, who have yet to improve also, it's only their 2nd dances too!!!!
Ricky W. now looks like a professional dancer to me, so he may get it on the confidence level. (Higher than Ali's imo)
Who-ever wins it will be a different pro-dancer anyway. I don't mind Brian Fortuna, or Natalie Lowe winning (which if the latter, will be some record/dance history for her!)
I'm sorry I would of liked to have seen Ian win it, but think he'll just miss out again, same as Vincent, both of these imo do great choreography for their partners, and have come so close.
Brendon, and Darren Bennet will not win it again either this year.

I just looked on Oddschecker on who's the early favourite to win:
Looks like the odds are on Anton's side (great...) and seeing Tuffers as 4th favourite is a big surprise Edited by killersbee - 08 Oct 2009 at 09:39 |

I personally think it's a two horse race only
Brian, and Ali
Natalie, and Ricky.
hoping Natalie Cassidy, and Ricky Eastenders do well to, down to last 3 cupples!
Don't rate Laila and Anton, Katya, and Phil, or Zoe and James for final, all will go earlier imo.

I'm wondering how much of the public vote Ricky and Natalie get as for some reason i don't think they are coming across as very likeable (but could just be me) but i guess we won't find out until alot more couples have been knocked out.
At this moment in time i don't want Ricky to win, and usually i ALWAYS want the best dancer to win, but the others seriously need to step up their games to get anywhere near him, i'm praying they do, especially Ali, Zoe and Chris.

Zoe tho good, just doesn't seem to 'flow' and be as fluid, she's too tentative. Chris, no i don't think so, Ola seems to never be lucky enough to make it. He's good entertainment tho. I'd like to see Thonia, and Vincent, but as keen as she is, don't think she'll reach the final, and it won't be from lack of trying!!!! Think she'd kill to make it!
Who to watch imo Jade, and Ian, altho think he's had better partners in the past (ie Zoe, and Denise)
Who will go in the next few weeks? Craig, Laila, Jo,and finally Tuffers, they'll never catch up with Ricky W, and Ali B.

I have a sneaky feeling that Tuffers will make the final - he's so likeable and is equally OK at both styles of dance. In fact, does anything phase him? I don't thhink he'll win, but I do think he'll get to the final or very close to it

It hasn't quite gripped my full attention this year although I do have a soft spot for cheeky chappy Phil....He always manages to make me smile... |

I've noticed this aswell.
For a line-up that looked promising when it was announced is not living up to expectations imo.
I like the ballroom but prefer the latin and so far it's been pretty bad. I'm much more enjoying DWTS this year.

LOoks like it's a walk in the park now, for Ricky Whittle!! unless he trips over and breaks something, which i doubt.
Ali Bastion, and Jade, fighting it out for the final too.
How far can Laila drag Anton?????
Craig will now go out at Blackpool, in front of a home crowd!

Ricky W. looks nailed on with the judges. But it's the public that decide in the final and I'm not sure how popular he and Natalie are. There's something wishy-washy about Ali so I don't think she will win either. I could see Jade winning as she is improving and Ian is popular. Otherwise, the public will just go for someone they like, probably Tuffers as 'nervous' Natalie is getting a bit repetitive.

I've come on here as I feel my thoughts will be more receptive than elsewhere regarding Anton. Does anyone feel that the BBC are fixing it this year for him to get to the final? I can't believe he hasn't been in the botoom 2 yet and don't know who is voting for him when his popularity is at an all time low.
I've read that he and Laila have the paso next week. Funny how he hasn't got the salsa isn't it? No doubt they will save that when they dance two dances and can get by on their ballroom. Yet Jade and Ian have the jive next week, not the rumba which will suit Jade more I feel.
Then there is the running order. Anton and Laila always dance towards the end of the show, they never go in the first few. And as we've seen from Jade and Ali- going first or second puts you at a disadvantage and they both ended up in the dance off as a result.
When are they gong to start putting Laila and Anton on first? Do you know Anton has never danced first since the very first series? I think every other pro has danced first at least once or twice in all the series there have been. This smacks of favouritism to me.
It seems to me that Anton is going to make the final this year. Surely he won't win?

Laila and Ricky W are due to dance first, especially Ricky as he always seems to be last which i think is an advantage.
In my own personal opinion i can't see Laila and Anton winning it but i can see them getting to at least the semi's if not the final.
