I went out to dinner and had tapas. The dishes my friends and I ate included crumbed lamb brains, muscles cooked in garlic and escargot served on mushrooms. All very tasty. My other friends who we told of our delightful dinner didn't quite feel they could try our menu choices.

Okay, this is rather random...

My main guilty is that I love Mayo on every savoury food except pasta-related for obvious reasons

Guilty as charged.  Whistle

Back on topic...  Can't remember if I've mentioned this one before, but a favourite breakfast (if I know it's going to be a very long time til lunch) is crisp wholemeal granary toast with honey and sliced banana.

Sweet, satisfying, and with enough slow-release carbs to keep you feeling full for ages.  Yum!    Heart
