This is really easy and so delicious!
Grease a shallow baking dish Ingredients: 100 grams plain flour 2 tsp baking powder 1 tsp salt 75 grams of sugar 2 tbsp cocoa 4 fl oz cup of milk 2tbsp melted butter/marge Mix together until all smooth and pop into the baking dish. Mix a further 4 tbsp cocoa and a cup of brown sugar together and sprinkle over the mixture in the dish. Then pour 12 fl oz of boiling hot water over the top - do not stir. Bake in the oven for 40 minutes at 180c. You'll get a lovely pudding with a tasty chocolate fudge sauce at the bottom. |

Quick and easy to do when if you've got people round, and I love anything made of chocolate. When I'm older I'm going to be like Fat Bastard from Austin Powers, same accent and everything (will have to dye my hair ginger though).

I've just been saying how I love chocolate fudge cake as a desert on another thread - I'm writing down this recipe now and I think I'll make it as a desert when my mum comes round for dinner next week - sounds yummy!
