Kelly on ITT with Claudia, "we're just the mavericks"...o pleeeaaassssse....puke....dear me - I'm not usually this annoyed, but every time they do an interview they irritate me more and more....
on the flip side - thought Penny was wonderful (although Rod will not be there to support her on Sat - as Im taking my mum to see him perform in Belfast...) Kate and Anton - no amount of pretending that Anton is getting tough on Kate will make me believe it - still trying to milk the public...and manipulate them into championing the underdog...which I just don't accept - she cannot dance and her last performance was riddled with obvious errors.... rarrrrrrr
rant over - sorry for the outburst folks |

Rarrrrrr, indeed, Heppi - as if Brendan wasn't irritating enough on his own to make me want to switch the telly off the instant I see his smug face, SCD have managed to search the world (well, the British Isles) and come up with this annoying, shrieking, brainless butterfly of a woman to crank my irritation levels up to previously undreamed of heights.
To be honest, I find the current Mrs Stewart almost as annoying on a different level - if you looked in a picture-dictionary under 'vacuous', you'd see a mug-shot of her at gazing out at you at her bovine best - she's so ample, she makes my beloved Ian look like a spelk!
I just can't bring myself to write about Krippled Kate - I don't want to get banned!
Hope you and Mum have a great time at your concert - I'm sure Rod (who I do like very much - will be fantastic! Edited by Aida - 02 Nov 2007 at 07:19 |

I watched ITT last night with interest. I like Brendon very much, and his partnership with Kelly hasn't diminished it. The level of feeling in this forum, though, makes me realise that they cannot win as we all know that dancing well just isn't enough.
I thought it was very telling when she said "no one talks to us anyway". Yep - I wouldn't be surprised if that was completely true. |

I didn't see it properly last night - was having my hair done at the same time. But having seen all the kerfuffle on other message boards slating Kelly & Brendan and their 'attitude', I've now decided they are my favourites
Let's hope they dance to this!!The Mavericks Dance the Night Away |

Up until I saw them on ITT I was prepared to give Kelly the benefit of the doubt. Now, now way! she's as bad as he is.

both are truly awful - I used to like Brendan and his "bad boy antics" but now I simply think he plays it ... the word overkill springs to mind...there was completely no need for an extra lift, not to mention the fact that he did that last series, time to get some new tricks, brendan!!
And then add in the Plastic, false, smug Kelly...o its all too much for my little head..... |

I enjoy watching Brendan and Kelly dance, that much I'll admit.
As individuals, I have no time for either of them. As much as i want to see the best dancers win, if it's them, I change my mind and want the 2nd best dancers to win...

I agree about Brendan and Kelly. He just tries to play the public and she had no idea how much we love the show and want to see them love it too. She just wants to prance around making 'bold' choices and really doesn't seem to get the belongng feeling that the others have.

I quite like Brendan in a way, but I am oh-SO-bored with his antics. And she is truly awful when she tries to pull the I'm-so-sweet line with that sickly sweet ickle girl voice. Thought their Paso was simply terrible.

Am I allowed to say I can't stand the attention seeking, Kelly.
Her reaction to Len when he said "You are a dancer," and she squeaked, "Who me, noooo," whilst clutching a hand to her throat made me want to vomit - and as far as I'm concerned it's just got worse. |

I agree with you Loulou. I could believe her when she says she's not a dancer, if it were said graciously. But she simpers, feigns surprise, giggles and to use your word; 'squeaks' so much, it is clear that she actually agrees with them.
